Google adds Street View imagery of all 12 FIFA World Cup 2014 (Brazil) stadiums ahead of the tournament

With a week to go for the world's biggest football tournament, FIFA World Cup 2014 being held in Brazil, Google released a Google Maps Street View package that lets you explore all the 12 World Cup stadiums inside - out right from your couch.

All the football enthusiasts can now look up all the 12 planned venues where the tournament is going to take off in a week along with all the iconic painted streets - a World Cup tradition - without having to bear the expenses of travelling to Brazil ( Thank you Google! ).

In addition to it, images from hundreds of sites across Brazil, including IguaƧu National Park and St. Michael of the Missions, are also now available on Google Maps.

And if you're one of the lucky one who're going to Brazil for the World Cup, you don't have to worry about missing your matches or getting lost ( Google Maps is our savior ).
  • Transit: With Google Maps transit available in all 12 host cities, Brazilians and visitors alike can rest assured they can make it to the stadium and other destinations routing the best path by bus or train.
